The lodge offers direct trail access right out the back door and is only a few miles from the local snowmobiling club and the nearest gas station. The ITS 105 and state trail systems are made up of hundreds of miles of beautiful, adventurous snowmobiling trails where riders will never see the same ground twice. Come experience the beauty of Northern Maine with Moose Maine!
Snowmobiling Trips in Maine
Our snowmobiling trips go from mid-January to mid-March. One of the advantages of snowmobiling in this part of Northern Maine is that the trails are never crowded and other riders are few and far between. This means the potential for congestion and accidents are extremely low, making this an enjoyable and family-friendly snowmobiling trip. These trail systems also offer numerous incredible views, including the “Million Dollar View” – a beautiful lookout over Canada and East Grand Lake.
*Most of our trips are self-guided but we do offer guided day trips upon request.
*Snowmobile rentals not available — guests must bring their own.
