My friend Joe and I had the experience of a lifetime moose hunting with Moose Maine. Ron and our guide Bob, and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible opportunity to harvest a bull, and have a great time doing it. The lodging was top notch, great food (and lots of it) and all the facilities and gear to take care of the hunt from beginning to end. In addition, the amount of effort that went into pre-season scouting was really impressive. Even in Zone 18, which has a pretty low density of animals, we were able to connect on a nice bull thanks to Moose Maine’s detailed knowledge of the area. Ron is also very willing to work with you regardless of your choice of weapon–in our case we wanted to flex between archery and rifle, and it was all handled seamlessly. In addition to the hunt itself, the experience in camp was about as much fun as I can ever remember having, and made the hunt that much more memorable.
